low carb vegetarian recipes : Pickle Dip


INGREDIENTS


12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. finely chopped pickles
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pickle juice
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan
2 tbsp. dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. coriander seeds (optional)
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper


DIRECTIONS



  1. In a large bowl combine cream cheese, pickles, sour cream, and pickle juice. Using a hand mixer, mix until smooth and fully combined. Fold in parmesan, dill, and spices. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
