INGREDIENTS

  1. 2 (10-ounce bags) frozen mango
  2. 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
  3. 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
  4. Cooking spraty

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, orange juice, and lime juice. Blend until smooth.
  2. Spray a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray (to help the plastic stick in place). Line all sides with plastic wrap. Pour the mango mixture into the loaf pan. Cover the loaf pan with a piece of foil. Using a paring knife, make evenly spaced holes in the foil for the popsicle sticks. Insert a popsicle stick into each hole. Freeze until completely frozen, about 4 hours.
  3. Using the plastic, remove the popsicles from the loaf pan to a work surface. Remove the plastic wrap. Cut the popsicles into individual pieces and serve frozen.
